Burpengary Central Medical Centre

Located in one of Queensland’s fastest-growing regions, the new Burpengary Central Medical Centre is designed to meet the rising demand for accessible healthcare in the Moreton Bay area.

Project Highlights

Located in one of Queensland’s fastest-growing regions, the new Burpengary Central Medical Centre is designed to meet the rising demand for accessible healthcare in the Moreton Bay area.

The two-storey facility will accommodate five tenancies, expanding access to both general and specialist health services. By relieving pressure on existing providers and supporting urgent care demand, the development will enhance access to diverse healthcare options for local residents.

Our Queensland civil engineering team was engaged to design the stormwater drainage system and assess traffic accessibility in and around the site. This included reviewing the road intersection, preparing a functional layout plan for the future road network, and relocating the existing bus stop to align with planned upgrades.

JN acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which this project takes place and pays respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
