Brisbane and Melbourne

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal approached JN to help with complex fit-outs of their Brisbane and Melbourne premises. The Brisbane site covered 4,000 square metres, with the Melbourne premises spanning a hefty 7,000. Both were extensive projects, including tribunal rooms, front-of-house waiting areas, internal stairs, computer rooms, staff offices and facilities.

Due to the nature of the Tribunal’s work, maintaining excellent acoustics and lighting was vital, as was effective air conditioning, given the number of people who would be gathered in the tribunal rooms. JN managed to balance these needs and coordinate all services without compromising the architectural design and finishes appropriate for the nature of the buildings.
