Allity’s boutique “Greenwood” aged care facility, located in Sydney’s upper north shore suburb of Normanhurst, is inspired by the genteel calm of its leafy surrounds and was purposefully designed to recognise, respect and reflect the existing character of the neighbourhood.

“Greenwood” exudes sophistication yet projects the warmth and character of an elegant home. The 107-bed independent living facility was constructed over four levels, with split levels that terrace down to accommodate the slope over two street frontages, and basement level carparking. The team at JN provided civil and structural engineering design for this sensitive project, to the satisfaction of both our client and the local community.
