We’re immensely proud of our work on the Campbelltown Billabong Parklands project, a shining example of how collaboration and innovative design can create beautiful, functional community spaces.
JN provided comprehensive structural engineering services, including the design and documentation for the new amenities buildings, entry canopies and plant rooms. Our team also delivered bespoke roof framing over the amenities buildings, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal.
Billabong Parklands is poised to become a landmark in Campbelltown, offering a unique recreational space inspired by the natural beauty of nearby Dharawal National Park. Spanning four hectares, the park features rockpools, a large lagoon, children’s pool and an interactive splash pad. The design encourages play, learning, creativity and social connection, supporting healthy communities and providing versatile spaces for events.
The park also includes picnic shelters, BBQ areas and indigenous-themed artworks, fostering a deep connection to local First Nations heritage and the natural environment.
JN are proud to have contributed to such a landmark project and look forward to many more collaborations that bring positive change to local communities.
