This project involves the redevelopment of street frontage along Eton Street in front of Sutherland Entertainment Centre to upgrade the public domain areas and surrounds. It also includes forward planning design and analysis for the extents beyond the SEC. All public domain works were removed from the SEC Refurbishment project as it was intended that the frontage works will be delivered as a separate project. The key requirement for the works is that they be completed by the official opening of the Sutherland Entertainment Centre. JN’s involvement was to undertake the civil design analysis of Eton Street, provide short, medium, long-term guidance and document the selected short-term frontage works.
