JN was engaged as specialist civil engineering services providers to deliver a rigorous review of all services design documentation for the upgrade of Manly Vale Public School. JN’s engineers also delivered comprehensive advice and deliverables across both the tender and construction stages of the project.

The NSW Public Works Office fully designed and detailed the project.

As well as the initial review scope, additional works were subsequently formalised as contract variations. Modifications were carried out to a number of electrical design drawings to incorporate reviewed mark-ups.

The project required large-scale reconfiguration of the proposed building layout, which meant a substantial programme of redesign and drafting to resolve the updated spatial and services coordination requirements.
