Pagewood

JN has been engaged for Structural Engineering work on a number of Meriton projects in recent years. Our latest work in progress for Meriton is a 15-storey residential development in Pagewood, which will house 368 apartments across two towers. The towers will be linked via a common courtyard and three levels of basement.

Our Structural team is working to ensure not only the integrity of the buildings and their economical design, but also to bring a unique architectural vision to life. The complex is being designed to maximise uninterrupted views of the Sydney CBD, nearby golf courses and surrounding parklands.
