At the request of our client TCQ JN provided engineering services for Civil, Structural, Electrical and Hydraulic for the project.
Odyessy House is a not for profit organisation that provides residential rehabilitation, mental health and a parents and Children’s programme for those who have family/relational issues, domestic violence, drug misuse and physical/mental health issues. The project was to develop a welcoming, safe domestic residential site with children’s play areas and a homely quality.
The challenge was to balance cost efficient building practices while still creating a built environment with domestic normality to create a home that is welcoming, comfortable and a healing environment.
