The transformation of an existing warehouse into the stunning new Shore Hire head office showcases JN’s commitment to innovative engineering and sustainable design solutions.

Shore Hire set the vision for their new office space, and we were proud to play a crucial role in bringing this vision to life. Emphasising eco-friendly practices, a significant focus was placed on incorporating Shore Hire’s own aluminium shoring panels. This not only ensured the structural integrity of the office but also demonstrated a commitment to environmentally responsible building methods.

At JN, our work centred on delivering comprehensive civil engineering solutions. We implemented innovative Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) strategies to optimise stormwater management, conducted precise earthworks, and crafted a functional, well-graded carpark.

The JN team’s collaborative spirit and technical prowess and were key in meeting the complex demands of this project, helping to deliver a workspace that excels in both functionality and environmental stewardship.
