Residential Aged Care

St Mary’s Villa is a three-storey aged care facility owned and managed by St Mary’s Catholic Parish, Concord. The building accommodates 99 residents and includes office facilities, function rooms, a library, a hairdresser and common lounge areas.

JN managed the electrical and mechanical design, including a nurse call system, power, data, lighting, essential services and HVAC.
