Following a recent Shareholder meeting, shareholders have voted to appoint Christopher Low and Scott McMillan as directors of Jones Nicholson Pty Ltd.
With these appointments, our board now comprises four directors, strengthening our governance and ensuring JN is well positioned for the opportunities ahead.
Christopher Low has long been integral to Building Services in the City office and has played an important role in city office management. His appointment to the board reflects the confidence our shareholders have in his leadership and his commitment to the future of the business.
Scott McMillan has been part of JN for over 35 years, leading and growing our Civil department into what it is today. With Civil continuing to grow, it is entirely fitting that the discipline is represented at board level, and we look forward to the leadership he will bring in that capacity.
