Solstice Apartments are the definition of luxury coastal living. On Prince St, Cronulla, the boutique development of 15 residences includes expansive balconies and resort-inspired architecture.

JN | Consulting Engineers provided full engineering services from DA through to completion across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic disciplines.

Our design approach combined practicality with refinement. This included a two-level basement in loose coastal sands through the use of Helcon’s CASTEC wall system, and post-tensioned floor slabs that reduced structural depth while enhancing ceiling heights. Sculpted slab edges shaped with custom-made foam moulds created a distinctive architectural finish at every level.

Led by Project Manager Mark Molloy, our team combined the expertise of engineers and drafting specialists across every discipline at JN including civil engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and hydraulic engineering.
